One of the most memorable details was a custom toile pattern created by Ceci New York. The artwork incorporated illustrations that reflected meaningful aspects of Dana and Joey’s relationship, transforming the invitation suite into something uniquely personal.

The toile design extended beyond paper goods. During cocktail hour, guests encountered custom linens featuring the same artwork, creating a thoughtful connection between the invitation experience and the event design. It also gave the couple a keepsake they can continue enjoying long after the wedding day.

The Ceremony: Calla Lilies, Reflection, and Natural Light

The ceremony took place inside the museum’s glass-enclosed pavilion, where natural light and architectural details created an elegant setting without requiring extensive decoration.

A mirrored aisle reflected the pavilion overhead and amplified the light throughout the space. Rows of white chairs kept the design clean and understated, allowing the architecture to remain the focal point.

Long-stemmed white calla lilies lined the aisle in sleek arrangements, introducing a sculptural floral element that felt modern yet timeless. Fashion: Modern Elegance with Palm Beach Ease

Dana selected a structured gown with a wide neckline and clean silhouette that felt both timeless and current. Against the museum’s historic backdrop, the look was elegant without feeling overly traditional.

Her bridesmaids wore pleated metallic gowns in warm champagne tones, creating subtle movement and dimension throughout the ceremony. Each carried a single calla lily stem, a simple detail that connected the fashion directly to the floral design.

The Reception: Historic Architecture and Candlelit Warmth

Following the ceremony, guests gathered inside the museum’s grand hall for dinner and dancing.

The reception design embraced the rhythm of the room’s architecture through a mix of long and round tables arranged with balance and purpose. Textured neutral linens provided a soft foundation for floral arrangements in shades of ivory, blush, peach, and delicate greenery.

Tall glass candlesticks added warmth throughout the space, while crystal glassware, custom menus, and understated place settings completed the tablescape.

As the evening progressed, candlelight reflected throughout the room, enhancing the museum’s chandeliers, arched windows, and historic details. The result felt welcoming, elegant, and perfectly suited to the venue.
